Plans and Exercises
Plans must be realistic, relevant, reasonable and able to be implemented. If they are not, they can become just another book on the shelf, or worse, evidence of negligence in the case of litigation. If it doesn’t make sense, get rid of it.
If you are unsure whether you need a particular plan or not, contact us first, regardless of what you have been told. We will do the regulatory research and make sure the requirement applies to your operation before we advise you to make the investment.
